Summer 09 Viewer では、プリファレンス ダイアログの System-General ページの Use localized resources にチェックを入れて、Summer 09 Viewer を再起動しても日本語化できない問題があります。以下の方法を実行してください。

1.　[^Resources.zip] ファイルを展開し、Resources ディレクトリをコピーします。
2.　C:\Program Files\Altium Designer S09 Viewer\System\Resources フォルダへ貼り付けます。
　　　(例) Altium Designer Summer 09 Viewer のインストールディレクトリが C:\Program Files\Altium Designer S09 Viewer\ の場合
3.　DXP メニューをクリックして Preferences を選択します。
4.　System-General ページの Use localized resources にチェックを入れて OK をクリックします。
5.　Summer 09 Viewer を再起動します。
